Warning: This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any important data before proceeding.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Personal Information
Property Data
App Data
How to Delete Your Account
Open the App
Launch the Rental Management app on your device and ensure you are logged in.
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings screen by tapping the gear icon or menu.
Select Account Settings
Find and tap on "Account" or "Profile" settings.
Request Account Deletion
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
Confirm Deletion
Enter your password to confirm your identity, then confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
Consider These Alternatives
Before deleting your account, you might consider:
- Export Your Data: Download a backup of all your data from Settings > Backup > Export Data
- Temporary Break: Simply log out of the app instead of deleting your account
- Contact Support: If you're having issues, our support team may be able to help
